Use your personal Dashboard to get a high-level overview of changes in all of your projects over the last few days, and use the project Summary (pictured) to get a more focussed view. We want to get you up-to-date with changes in your projects as quickly as possible. That's why Tails offers updates through both RSS and Email as well as via your web browser.

You can even opt to make your projects open to the public, allowing your end users to submit bugs and feature requests directly to you.

Get a personalised list of all tickets assigned to you. See at a glance any outstanding issues your team can work on. Pull up all critical bugs relating to a specific area of your software. Save reports to your personal summary page and check back as often as you like. It's as simple or as complex as you need it to be.

Discuss issues with your colleagues and clients, or support your customers using public projects. See who made which change and know which comment sparked the decision. Make your changes in-place using a beautiful, dynamic interface.

Tails will always be a lean, green bugtracking machine under the hood, but that doesn't stop it from changing its spots when you need it to. Choose a theme for each of your projects - users who you invite will even see your chosen theme while they're signing up to accept your invitation.

Software done right.

We've never been happy with bugtracking software. Everything we used previously was dropped because it was either too simplistic, too buggy, too demanding of our time, or just horribly overladen with unnecessary features and widgets. Even more heartbreaking were our trials with bugtrackers that worked only for developers, only for clients or only for businesspeople without catering for the other groups.

So we set out to scratch our own itch. Whatever we built, it had to be right. It had to work for everyone touched by the software we build - from our developers to our project managers all the way up to our end users.
